Day Mark 把你完成的每一件事按天记下来：在月历热力图里回看哪一天做了什么，以及每件事从创建到完成用了多久。

常见问题

换了设备，数据会丢吗？

不会。数据通过你自己的 iCloud 同步。请确认各设备登录同一个 Apple ID，并在 iCloud 设置中允许 Day Mark 使用 iCloud。

热力图上为什么有些日子没有色块？

记录开始之前的日子和还没到的日子不画色块——它们不是「零」，而是还不在记录范围内。

怎么拿到我的全部记录？

应用会自动把记录写成 Markdown 与 JSON 文件：iPhone 上在「文件 → 我的 iPhone → Day Mark」，Mac 上在设置的「工作记录 → 在访达中显示」。

提醒会在每台设备上都响吗？

每台设备各自提醒。不想被打扰的设备，可以在该设备的设置里关闭提醒。

Day Mark Support

Day Mark records what you finished, day by day: a calendar heatmap of what you did and how long each task took from creation to completion.

• Sync: data syncs through your own iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple ID on each device and allow Day Mark to use iCloud.
• Empty days on the heatmap: days before you started recording, and days that haven’t happened yet, have no tile. They aren’t zero; they’re outside the record.
• Your records: the app keeps a Markdown and JSON archive in Files → On My iPhone → Day Mark, or on Mac via Settings → Work Record → Show in Finder.
• Reminders: each device notifies on its own; turn reminders off on devices where you don’t want them.
